Job Title: Sr. Database Administrator/ SQL Developer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQL Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in MS SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and managing large datasets while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Analyze and optimize slow-running queries and large data operations.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS or custom T-SQL solutions.
• Implement indexing strategies, partitioning, and performance tuning techniques.
• Build and manage reports using SSRS or integrate with external tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with application teams to meet data requirements effectively.
• Assist in database backup/restore operations, migrations, and version control.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in MS SQL Server (2016/2019 or later)
• Strong knowledge of:: T-SQL, Joins, CTEs, window functions & Triggers
• Experience in performance tuning and query optimization using execution plans
• Expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
• Familiarity with SSRS or other reporting tools
• Experience handling large datasets and performing data quality checks
• Good understanding of: Database normalization, Indexing strategies & Security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
