Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Manual Tester to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in software testing who is eager to learn and build hands-on experience in the QA process. You will work closely with developers, senior testers, and product teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business and technical requirements for assigned projects
• Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases
• Execute test cases and report defects clearly and accurately
• Re-test fixes to ensure issues are resolved
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and updating it when requirements change
• Support test planning and execution activities
• Participate in daily stand-ups and team discussions
• Work with team members to prepare test data and ensure proper test coverage
• Help track and monitor defects using bug tracking tools
• Follow the complete software testing lifecycle with guidance from senior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge)
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
• Ability to read requirements and write simple test cases
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
• Good communication skills in English

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Internship or training experience in software testing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic understanding of web or mobile application testing
