Position: Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data from multiple sources, including SAP, Excel, and Power BI, to deliver actionable insights that support strategic business goals.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with data management tools and visualization platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and clarity of business data, while developing automated reports and dashboards to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, including SAP, Excel, and Power BI, to produce meaningful business insights. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide clarity and assist in guiding data-driven decisions. 
• Develop automated reporting systems and data visualizations in Power BI to improve accessibility and readability of datasets. 
• Work with SAP reports by extracting and interpreting data from various modules such as Finance, Sales, and Production. 
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query) to manipulate and analyze data effectively. 
• Manage and process large datasets — cleaning, transforming, and organizing data to generate actionable insights. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations. 
• Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to maintain consistent data alignment and standardized reporting across the organization. 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query. 
• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and report automation. 
• Familiarity with SAP reporting and data extraction processes. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. 
• Experience with SAP reporting tools is a plus, though training may be provided for suitable candidates. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
