Job Description
Position: Full Time
Work Time: US Eastern Time
This position must provide technical support to our nationwide client base in USA, as well as internal users. They will provide support for our software and hardware, via phone or remote support sessions as needed. No travel will be needed in any scenario.
Summary of essential job functions
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues

- Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues
- Respond to customer issues via internal ticketing system
- Coordinating industry conventions and events
- Installation and training of new customers
- Provide after-hours support as needed
- Configuration and shipping of hardware as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned and necessary
Abilities required
- Fluency in English
- verbal and written communication skills

- Windows XP and Windows 7 proficiency

- Basic working knowledge of Windows Servers (2003, 2008 R2)
