About the Role
Shreeyaan Solusmart is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SQL Developer / Database Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh postgraduates or candidates with a strong foundation in databases who are eager to build real-world experience. You will work on managing, optimizing, and analyzing data systems while coordinating with internal teams and leadership, including US team.

Key Responsibilities

•  Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts
•  Design and manage database structures to ensure efficiency and scalability
•  Perform data analysis and generate reports as per business requirements
•  Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues
•  Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy across systems
•  Collaborate with development and operations teams for data-related tasks
• Assist in database migration, backup, and recovery processes

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Understanding of database design, normalization, and indexing
• Basic knowledge of data structures and database architecture
• Ability to write efficient and optimized queries
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with an ownership mindset

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers with Master’s Degree / Postgraduate qualification (MCA, M.Sc IT, M.Tech, or related fields) can apply
• Candidates with strong academic or project experience in databases preferred
