Position: Executive Assistant & Office Administrator
Location: India (Work from Office)
Work Hours: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (aligned with U.S. business hours)
About The Role:
Shreeyaan Solusmart is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to support client communication, operational coordination, reporting, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong accountability, and the ability to work closely with leadership while ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client communication and coordinate client locations/projects.
• Handle inbound client calls and address operational concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion and delivery of tasks.
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), reports, and business documentation.
• Assist Directors with reporting requirements and operational follow-ups.
• Support HR activities including resume screening, initial candidate interactions, and interview scheduling.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams when required.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director and assist in decision-making processes.
• Oversee and support day-to-day office administration activities
Requirments:
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, and comprehension).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
Eligibility:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Administration, Customer Support, Telecalling, Client Coordination, or similar communication-focused role.
• Freshers with exceptional English communication skills and professional aptitude are encouraged to apply
